### Returns and Refunds

Rustic Willow accepts eligible returns within fourteen (14) days of delivery in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

All returns must comply with the conditions outlined in our official Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Customers are responsible for reviewing the Return Policy before making a purchase.

Rustic Willow reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet eligibility requirements. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion, after inspection of the returned item.

• Keep It Dry: Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and oils. Remove before showering or swimming.
• Store Safely: Keep pieces in a dry, cool place, preferably in a soft pouch or jewelry box.
• Avoid Tarnish: For metal pieces, wipe with a soft cloth after wearing. Store in an airtight bag when not in use.
• Gentle Cleaning: Use a soft cloth or mild jewelry cleaner (non-abrasive). Never soak.
• Handle With Love: Handmade jewelry is delicate — avoid bending, dropping, or rough wear. 

Is all Rustic Willow jewelry handmade by you?

Some of our jewelry is handcrafted in-house, while other pieces are part of our Curated by Rustic Willow Collection. These curated items are thoughtfully selected from independent makers, including Harper Klay Co. and Mood Swing Jewelry, both known for their handcrafted polymer clay designs. Curated pieces may be repackaged for a seamless Rustic Willow presentation.
