Thank you for shopping with Rustic Willow! We’re committed to getting your order to you safely and as quickly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery location.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your package’s progress right to your door.

Delivery times vary depending on your selected shipping method and destination. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

Please note that once your order leaves our hands, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS). Delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues are out of our control — but we’re always happy to help if something seems off.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Rustic Willow is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 5 business days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
