Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Rustic Willow is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once an order is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Returns and Refunds

All returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Eligible returns must be requested within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Handmade bath blends, personal care products, and hygiene-sensitive items are non-refundable unless damaged during shipping.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise required by law.

Bath Blend Allergen Disclaimer

Rustic Willow bath blends and personal care products may contain natural ingredients such as essential oils, botanicals, salts, herbs, and fragrances that may cause allergic reactions or skin sensitivities in some individuals.
