Return and Refund Policy

Rustic Willow Refund & Return Policy  

Effective 2026

At Rustic Willow, many of our items are handmade and carefully curated. We strive to provide quality products while maintaining fair policies that protect both our customers and our small business.

Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Return requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and unwashed  

• In original condition with tags attached  

• Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, stains, or damage  

• Returned in original packaging when possible

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to hygiene, safety, and the handmade nature of certain products, the following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

• Handmade bath blends and bath products (all bath blends are hygiene-sealed and non-returnable once sold)  

• Personal care or body products  

• Jewelry and accessories worn on the body  

• Custom or personalized items  

• Clearance or final-sale merchandise  

• Gift cards

Bath blends and personal care products are strictly non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective during shipping.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and item details. Approved returns will receive instructions by email. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Rustic Willow is not responsible for lost or delayed return packages. We strongly recommend using tracked shipping.

Packages refused or returned to sender are treated as standard returns. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method for the item price only  

• Original shipping costs are not refunded  

• Refunds may take 3–10 business days to appear depending on your bank

We reserve the right to issue store credit instead of a refund for items that show signs of wear or do not fully meet return conditions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue promptly through replacement, refund, or store credit.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Policy Enforcement

Rustic Willow reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy. By placing an order, customers agree to this Refund & Return Policy.
